Check out this cool video done by using 18 Nokia Lumia 800s!

During our recent activity at Burton Snowboard’s European Open event in Laax, Switzerland, our Nokia tent hosted a trampoline surrounded by 18 Nokia Lumia 800s http://nokia.ly/GRI9ii spanning 180°.

Professional snowboarders and attendees were invited to showcase their snowboard tricks on the 180° Freeze Trampoline and then presented with a bullet time video of their tricks after the event.

People do all kinds of crazy stuff in order to break their shiny new new (!) iPad. The video above shows what Wicked Laser’s Spyder III Krypton, Arctic and Torch series do to the new iPad.

The video above is from Samsung Taiwan. It shows you the differences between Android 2.3 and Android 4.0 on a Samsung Galaxy S II. The video will give you a pretty good idea of how things will work after the update. The video in Chinese, but you’ll get the hang of it just by watching :)

The guys over at LAPTOP has taken a closer look on the graphical processing capabilities of the new iPad’s A5X chip versus Nvidia’s Tegra 3 found on the ASUS Eee Transformer Prime. Check it out and decide for yourself!

LAPTOP takes a look at the speed of the new iPad A5X chip versus the Tegra 3 chip available on the ASUS Eee Transformer Prime.

I can’t see the “four times faster than the NVIDIA Tegra 3″ that was promised during the keynote. In my eye the Tegra 3 handled graphics better in the video above.

Here’s an interesting video by Nokia Dev Forum that shows you how to turn a simple idea into a prototype.

Here’s the description of the video:

This video will show you simple methods for taking the idea for your next app, and getting it on paper. From there, you can utilize various software to make your prototype a reality. Adobe Illustrator http://www.adobe.com/products/illustrator.html is one solution for this. Other tools used in the video are Balsamiq http://www.balsamiq.com/ and Inkscape http://inkscape.org/.

Be sure to check out the Nokia Icon Toolkit http://nokia.ly/Aj0pR8 for some ready-made icons you can use in your app. With the Visual design stencilshttp://nokia.ly/w5hqIO you can easily sketch how your app would look like.

Ever wondered what that doubled RAM, better GPU or added horsepower would mean performance-wise for the new iPad (3rd generation). The video above should give you a glimpse into the promised speedier life of one who owns a new iPad.

Check out this comparison video of the Nokia 808 PureView recording sound. You’ll see and hear it compared against a Samsung Galaxy S II, iPhone 4S, Canon EOS 550D DSLR, and finally studio recording.

The world’s first implementation of Nokia Rich Recording technology in Nokia 808 PureView records best in class stereo audio with every detail.

Whilst most high end smartphones can only record without distortion to around 110db, the Nokia 808 can comfortably continue to around 140-145 db, which is 4 times louder than the conventional mics can record.

Apart from that Nokia Rich Recording can also record very low frequencies also without any distortion. The combination of all of these elements means the Nokia 808 records audio with almost CD like quality. It has to be heard to be believed.
