A site called IT168 has leaked images of what they claim to be the Nokia N98(previously leaked N8-00?), the first Symbian^3 capable phone.

This is the same phone that we wrote about previously, and that is supposed to be available during the first half of 2010. The N8-00 will come with a 12 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 4″ capacitive touch screen, HDMI-out and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Check out the rest of the pictures after the break.

French site Tom’s Guide made a very interesting leak today, the Nokia N8-00 (or Nokia N8). We previously wrote about Nokia’s new way to name phones(link to post here), and this phone also seems to follow it.

The Nokia N8-00 will have a 12 megapixel camera, that can capture 720p video at 30 fps. It will have a 3.5″ multitouch capacitive touchscreen, and will be the first phone to run on Symbian^3. A HDMI connector should also be present. A Video on Demand service should also be available via the Ovi Store.

To me the Nokia N8-00 looks like THE media phone. Interesting to see what happens at Mobile World Congress, where this phone should be announced.
