BGR got hold of a portion of AT&T’s roadmap for 2012. The site stated that the roadmap reveals some juicy information, but only told about the best part, which regards the Nokia Lumia 900. According to their source, the Nokia Lumia 900 will hit the U.S. on March 18th. AT&T will sell the device for $99.99 on a two-year contract. That’s a very low price when you consider that the Lumia 900 is Nokia’s flagship device! For comparisons sake, the 8GB iPhone 4 is currently selling for that price. Let’s hope this translates into massive Lumia 900 sales!
We heard rumors of the Nokia 900 ‘Ace’ just one day before the start of Nokia World 2011. The world was waiting for it, but Nokia didn’t release it. Now, new renders of this have maybe leaked. We don’t know for sure if this is the real deal, or just a fake. Hit View Post to see the rest of the renders.
The HTC Desire 2 has been spotted in Taiwan. The user who posted the images above said that it runs on Android 2.2.1 with the Sense UI. It’s possible that HTC isn’t ready with Android 2.3 yet, and that this device would be released with Android 2.2.1. There’s also a front-facing camera on the Desire 2. We can expect this device to be officially announced at Mobile World Congress.
This is interesting. Google themselves leaked a video showing Gingerbread running on a Nexus One. I’d say we’ll see Gingerbread released next week.. :) Stay tuned!
The new cheap Nokia X2-01 leaked today. It is a 2G phone with a 2.44″ QVGA landscape screen, microSD card slot, FM radio and Bluetooth. It has a 3MP camera (compared to 2MP on the C3), and it is lacking WiFi. On the left side of the navi-key you get a Music key, which is probably the reason the X2-01 is actually part of the X-series. This new QWERTY phone running on S40 is surely positioned at an even lower price point than the Nokia C3, mainly due to the fact of the missing WiFi radio
The Nokia C3-00 is currently priced 149€ here in Finland, so I’d guess a price of around 119-129€ for the X2-01 when it is available (all prices include 23% VAT).
Can’t wait to get your hands on the Nokia N8? Well, I can’t get you the phone any faster, but I can give you a link where you can find the Nokia N8 User Guide in the mean time! The file is located on Nokia’s own site, so this should be the final version.

According to a leak today, what we previously knew as the HTC Ace, could in fact be called the HTC Desire HD.
HTC Desire HD leaked specs:
4.3 ” WVGA (480 x 800) capacitive touchscreen
1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
8 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video capture
Android 2.2 with Flash 10 support
XviD playback support
SRS surround sound
4GB internal memory
eBook reader feature
unibody aluminum design
Spec wise this sounds lovely, especially the unibody aluminum design part! From the leak that happened earlier this month, we can expect the Desire HD to be available sometime in October (read more about it here).
The Nokia C6-01 leaked today on Nokia Netherlands’ site. The C6-01 is basically a C6-00, but with a better camera equipment. The camera gets an upgrade to 8MP and dual-LED flash (instead of 5MP and single flash). Also the back-cover got a slight style update. In my eye the new back-cover looks a little bit steel-y?
The Nokia C6-01 will be priced at 279€. No word on when this will be available. We’ll probably know more when there is an official Press Release available.
Eldar Murtazin just posted on his twitter account that he has published his statement on the ‘Nokia Situation’.
The recent drama surrounding Nokia has thrown up a great deal of information for people to pore over and unfortunately much of it has been taken out of context or poorly understood, the result being that people are left confused and asking more questions than they get answers to. Since Nokia themselves appear to be contributing to the confusion by feeding blatantly false information through their official blog and interviews with the media I felt it necessary to give you the facts of the matter away from the corporate spin and PR machinery that Nokia is employing so you can judge for yourself.
He tells in the article that the Nokia N8 that Nokia is accusing him of, never actually was in his possession, he just had a few hours a day to play around with it, and therefore can’t return it to Nokia.
