If you have complained to Apple about poor battery life on your iPhone 3G/3GS, there’s a possibility that you’ll be contacted by Apple in the near future.

Apple is interested in things like Push, WIFI, Bluetooth and what applications you have been running. You’ll also be able to download a Battery Life Logging software, so that they could determine what’s wrong.

According to a Finnish news site, Iltalehti.fi, Apple is still having problems to deliver the new iPhone 3GS.

Ahti Martikainen, who is the Press Manager of a local carrier TeliaSonera has given Iltalehti a statement, that if you order your iPhone 3GS today, the worst case scenario is that you receive it after 8 weeks. So if you order your iPhone 3GS now, you could consider yourself lucky if you receive it in the beginning of November!

Ahti Martikainen said that this is a global problem, and other small countries like Sweden and Denmark have the same problem.

Normally if you’d have to wait for your phone for 8 weeks, you would cancel your order. This isn’t the case with the iPhone. Martikainen said that not that many cancellations have been made, and customers are willing to wait 8 weeks to get their phone.
