Samsung Galaxy Note II Multi-View update

The Samsung Galaxy  Note II has a massive screen. Its 5.5-inch screen should be big enough to do some split-screen magic, and this is exactly what the newest update will let you do.

Firmware update XXALIJ1 brings a feature called Multi-View to the Samsung Galaxy Note II. It will allow two applications to run on the screen simultaneously in split-screen mode.

However, the Multi-View mode isn’t supported by every app out there. It’s actually quite limited by working only with Samsung’s and Google’s apps. Still, you’ll now be able to do visual multitasking with Chrome and YouTube running side-by-side.

Fire up the Software update menu in order to see if this update is already available in your region.
