Samsung Galaxy S Mini III, October 11th?

Samsung Germany is apparently gathering press to an event it plans to hold on October 11th. The invite contain the line “So big can be small. And so small can be big.” There’s also a faint ‘S‘ hiding in the invite. The S belongs to Samsung’s Galaxy S line of devices. The hint and text could indicate a release of a Galaxy S III Mini?
