Nokia Lumia 800 Internet Tethering in WP7.5 Refresh

Nokia today told about their plans to update the Lumia 710 and Lumia 800 to Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh, aka Tango. The update will go out starting today, and continuing through July.

  • Internet Sharing(Wi-Fi Hotspot)
    • Share your mobile internet connection over Wi-Fi with up to five client devices or computers.
  • Flip to silence
    • Silence incoming calls by flipping your phone face down.
  • New apps
    • After updating, your Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 710 will be ready to install exclusive new applications available in the Windows Phone Marketplace (Camera Extras, Counters, Contact share, and more).

Nokia also published a page for you to check when you’ll be able to download the update. I just checked Finland’s situation, and the update is still in “waiting approval” state.
