Juggernaut Alpha packs some serious Windows Phone 8 power

We already know that the next generation of Windows Phone will support multi-core processors. This will obviously make Windows Phone 8 devices much faster than the current generation. Today, the fastest Windows Phone out there is the HTC Titan, which packs a 1.5GHz single-core CPU. The image above is from a Windows Phone app called WP Bench, showing the HTC Titan compared to a device called “Juggernaut Alpha”. We don’t really know what this device is, but we do know that it is fast. We’ll need to wait till this fall to hear more of this mythical Windows Phone device.
