Chinese site WPDang has once again gotten their hands on internal Nokia docmuments. They’ve dug up an internal document where you can see the Desktop icon found in Windows 8, possibly indicating that Nokia is about to release a Windows 8 tablet. However, the Lumia seen in the image is running an old version of Windows Phone 7, with the Marketplace icon lacking the familiar Nokia branding, hence indicating that this is not authentic. I’d suggest that you take this bit of news with a grain of salt.
Nokia has yet to announce plans to bring a tablet to the market. We’ll know a lot more on September 5th when Nokia announces its first Windows Phone 8 devices.
