Many sites and reports indicate that a new iPhone is coming this fall. The timing of the news also seem right when you think that Apple usually has kept iPhone generations roughly one year apart. The iPhone 4S was released in October, 2011, meaning that we should see the iPhone 2012 announced sometime in September or October, 2012.

Now, the image you see above is allegedly a case mold of the iPhone 5. As the name suggests, this should give case manufacturers the ability to produce cases for the next generation iPhone in time for the public availability. In order to do this, they’ll need to know the size and form of the iPhone 5, which is exactly what the case mold above should do.

Another new product that has getting a lot of attention lately is the iPad mini. Also this device has now gotten itself a case mold, showing you roughly how large the device will be. Skip past the break to see the case mold for the iPad mini.
