HTC just told via their Twitter account that the HTC Desire HD and the Desire Z will receive a maintenance update later today. This will not be Gingerbread that everyone is waiting. When the Nexus S was announced, Google was talking that it has a “curved glass screen”. When talking about new screen technologies, you could guess that it means that the Super AMOLED in fact is curved. A third and a last gallery for today – the HTC Desire Z. The keypad on this thing is simply put amazing. I’d say the Desire Z has one of the best keyboards I’ve tried on a smartphone. Also the mechanism that closes/opens the keyboard is functional, unique and cool. Nothing bad to say about this one, a very good Android phone with a full keyboard. The Google’s long awaited successor to the Nexus One, the Nexus S, is now available in the US. Pocketnow has gotten their hands on this device, and in the video above you’ll see their unboxing of the Nexus S. As you should know by now, the Nexus S is manufactured by Samsung.
