There’s been a lot of talk lately of the Firefox Smartphone operating system that is in development. We haven’t seen a single screenshot leaked/posted online of this. Luckily for us, this changed today, when Peter Judge over at TechWeekEurope got hold of a bunch of screenshots of the Firefox Smartphone OS. Mozilla is expected to launch the Firefox Smartphone OS in 2013.

The OS borrows heavily from iOS and Android, and the way some Google web-apps work. I can’t really see how Mozilla is planning to launch this without Apple’s legal-team taking action. It will be interesting to see how this evolves.
