Everything Everywhere, the joint venture between T-Mobile and Orange in the UK, today announced that its 4G rollout will begin on October 30th. The initial rollout will include 10 cities, with another six being added before the end of the year. EE claims 4G coverage should reach 98 percent by 2014.
Apart from this, EE also confirmed that a selection of LTE devices will be available at launch, including the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE, Nokia Lumia 920, Nokia Lumia 820, HTC One XL and the Huawei Ascend P1 LTE. If this is true, then UK could even be the first country where the Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 launches.
So October 30th is currently the date we’re looking at for the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 launch!
