I've also mostly Macs in my households, introduced Macs to my company 6 years ago (except for servers and accessories all bought hardware is from Apple) and I do not own a single Windows products except for my Lumia since which I've had for about 3 months now. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's more capable than an iPhone (which I also own and I can say with certainty that it doesn't stand a chance when it comes to protocols and apps ;) ) but it is definitely more useful as a phone at a small fraction of the price. And of course since I've had that phone 5 people around me were inspired to also buy one. ;) I partially agree.
