The ChromeOS will basically be an internet client, Chrome, that is bootable. According to Google, it will only support SSD drives, and will boot up in 7 seconds. ChromeOS will be released in 2H2010. PR video after the break.

This doesn’t actually belong to e’s PhoneBlog, but I still think it’s worth mentioning. According to TechCrunch, Google’s Chrome OS will be released within a week. Check out their full report here.

This has nothing to do with mobile phones, but I still think this is worth seeing. The video shows Google’s unreleased operating system, the Chrome OS. Chrome OS was designed to work mainly on netbooks and tablets. Seems like a pretty decent OS so far.

Here comes the weird video of the day. A guy jumps a bungee jump, while his Nokia N86 is recording a video of the fall. Nice idea, but I think that a little bit cheaper device should have been used for this purpose :)
