An interesting Droid 2 update has been caught in the wild. The update is called “Delta Package between 2.3.20 – 3.4.2-113″, whatever that means. The update appears to be a 42.5 MB download, which would state that this isn’t just a minor bug-fix release. The latest stable release for the Droid 2 is 2.3.20. No word if this is a legit screen grab, but we sure can hope that it is Gingerbread ...

Motorola yesterday teased us with a video showing tablets from the past, and then something that they’re working on + a bee. The bee in the video indicates that this will run on Android Honeycomb (2.4 or 3.0), which is said to be the first tablet optimized version of Android. Motorola has been busy applying trademarks all over the world for a product called Xoom. This could be the final marketing name for their tablet.
