When WP7 was originally announced, not a single carrier in Finland was said to get the Windows Phone 7′s in the first batch, but that has apparently changed.
Vesa-Matti “Vesku” Paananen, Business Development Executive at Microsoft, told that the first Windows Phone 7′s will ship in Finland during week 44, in other words between October 25th and 31st (tomorrow!). Localization will still be missing for now, but eventually we will also get a Suomi localized version. That will not be a problem for persons that like to use their phones in English, French, Italian, German or Spanish.
