iPhone 5 4-inch screen

iDealsChina has published the image above, what they claim to be the front-panel of the iPhone 5. It looks to be an 4-inch screen, with an edge-to-edge design. Here is what iDealsChina wrote:

China’s 1st iPhone 5 photo has surfaced! From this photo it seems that the screen size will be larger than iPhone 4. There has been a lot of specualtion about a larger screen and maybe this will be one of the upgrades we will see when iPhone 5 is released this summer.

The iPhone 5 is expected to be launched this summer.

Medvedev Jobs

Back in June 2010, when the iPhone 4 was sizzling new, Dmitry Medvedev, Russian President, received a gift from Steve Jobs himself during a visit to USA. The only problem was that the gifted iPhone 4 was locked to AT&T, so no luck on using it outside of USA, without jailbreaking and unlocking it first :)

This was disclosed earlier this week when Medvedev’s assistant posted the following tweet:

@babdima тот телефон был с прошивкой AT&T, здесь – не очень работает:)

Sorry for my poor Russian, had to do a little bit translate.google.com.

@ babdima that the phone was flashing with AT & T, here - not working:)

Not a biggie :)

Two pretty interesting stress tests performed on the Nokia N8 and Apple iPhone 4.

iPhone nanoMuch like the Verizon iPhone, also the iPhone nano have been rumored ever since the first iPhone was released. This week Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch and Bloomberg all stated that Apple is currently working on an iPhone nano.

Today we learned that the iPhone nano will not have any internal storage, but that Apple is working on a free MobileMe version. This new and improved MobileMe is said to launch in June, and would function as a cloud storage service for media.

Sounds good for music, but what about the 300k+ iOS apps available in the App Store? These can’t function well if streamed. We need storage room for applications. Could this be the first microSD equipped iPhone?

Operators can’t be too happy with this either. They’d see massive data usage from iPhone nano users.

Let’s hope we get a little bit more clarity on this subject in the near future.
