It’s just a few years ago when we got the micro-SIM card. Yesterday, when Apple announced the iPhone 5, they basically ended the era of the micro-SIM. Apple didn’t announce it during the keynote, but Vodafone UK was quick to announce that the iPhone 5 actually needs a nano-SIM card. Too bad that other manufacturers still used the “old” SIM or the micro-SIM. Every one wanting an iPhone 5 will need to switch cards.
