Apple just announced iOS 6 at their keynote at WWDC 2012. Apple claims to have implemented over 200 new features in iOS 6. The first beta is now available to developers, with the final OS update hitting this fall for iPhone 3GS or later. The same thing goes for the second and third-generation iPads out there.
New features include new Siri features, FaceTime over cellular network, Facebook and Twitter integration, the Passbook card management app, and Apple’s own Maps app (Google Maps is not used anymore).
