Confirmed: Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Family Getting Android 2.1 By the End of September
Jonne Eilimö | August 30, 2010 19:53 UTC | 0 comments | sourceSony Ericsson UK have confirmed on their official twitter feed that the whole XPERIA X10 family will get the awaited Android 2.1 update by the end of September. Sony Ericsson has been working hard to get this done so fast. We’ve previously heard that it will be done by the end of Q4, not by the end of Q3. They’ve managed to cut out 3 months worth of development time. Let’s hope they haven’t cut it too much, and left use with a whole lot of bugs.
If they manage to pull this one off, I can’t say anything else than good work Sony Ericsson!
Angry Birds for iPhone Updated – Adds 15 New Levels
Jonne Eilimö | August 30, 2010 19:03 UTC | 0 comments |The most popular game (at least here in Scandinavia), Angry Birds, just got updated to version 1.4.1. The biggest new feature is the addition of 15 new levels (page 10, levels 1-15). Open up App Store to grab this update. If you don’t have this game yet, I’d recommend you spending 0.79€ on it, it’s well worth it.

Jonne Eilimö | August 30, 2010 17:58 UTC | 1 comment | sourceAs we told to you yesterday, Microsoft today enabled ActiveSync for their popular Hotmail email service.
Quick Steps
- If your device supports only one profile of ActiveSync, delete the existing ActiveSync profile on your device if you already use it
- Enter the following:
Supported Devices
- The following devices have been tested against Hotmail ActiveSync

- WP7

Note that Android 2.1 isn’t currently supported due to known client issues in Android’s client. On Android 2.2 this ActiveSync be working.
Mobile Bulgaria managed to grab a picture from a local retailer showing an image of what they claim to be the Nokia C6-01. What’s special about this image is that the device in question runs Symbian^3.
We’ve previously heard that the C6-01 will have a better camera compared to the C6-00. The C6-01 will have an 8MP camera with dual LED flash, instead of the 5MP and single LED flash seen on the C6-00.
This image doesn’t of course confirm anything, but it would make sense to include Symbian^3 and make this device even more juicy.
