We all know that the camera on the Nokia N8 is good, but how good does it perform in low light conditions?

Yesterday when iOS 4.0 became available for users to download, there were many complaints regarding the update and what problems it caused.
I first thought that everything went well for me, but today when I wanted to read the news over 3G in Helsinki, it didn’t work. First I thought that the cell tower had died, and did the enable/disable trick for the 3G connection, but this didn’t help. When I studied it even further, I found out that the update had wiped my Cellular Data Network settings.
If your iOS 4.0 device can’t access webpages over 3G, check your Cellular Data Network settings, and do the needed changes in there. Not sure why iTunes didn’t load the correct carrier file for me, or why it even deleted it in the first case.
If you’re using Sonera, fixing this isn’t a biggie, just add internet as your APN name.

Apple today confirmed that FaceTime calls will not use cellular minutes from your operator. This is how it should be, since FaceTime doesn’t work over 3G (for now).
“The voice call ends as soon as the FaceTime call connects,” Apple tells us. “The FaceTime call is over Wi-Fi so does not use carrier minutes.”
This is the case even if you launch a FaceTime chat during a regular voice phone call. The regular voice call will just be disconnected, and FaceTime will take over and continue via WiFi.
