App Store Down – iPhone 4 Pre-orders Start Soon

The Apple App Store is internationally down. This is because pre-orders start today, but according to Apple only in the U.S., France, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Why is it internationally down then? The iPhone 4 is set to be released in 18 additional countries in July, 2010.
