Vodafone out with world's cheapest handset

The Vodafone 150, shown at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, is priced at “below $15″ (£10) and is aimed at the third world. It is planned to be initially launched in India, Turkey and several other African countries including Lesotho, Kenya and Ghana. UN has predicted that mobile ownership will reach 5bn in 2010, with most growth in the developing world. So if you are looking to buy a mobile on the budget of a Pizza, Voda 150 is your answer.
