Vodafone out with world's cheapest handset

The Vodafone 150, shown at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, is priced at “below $15″ (£10) and is aimed at the third world. It is planned to be initially launched in India, Turkey and several other African countries including Lesotho, Kenya and Ghana.
