Nokia N900 firmware updated to 2.2009.51-1 – Changelog included

The Nokia N900 today received its second firmware update this week, bringing the version up to 2.2009.51-1. This is the same release that was up in the headlines a few weeks ago, a version that Nokia calls Maemo 5 PR1.1. The update started going to customers a little over one hour ago (7am Finnish time). Compared to the version released earlier this week, this one is a major update.

If you already updated to version 2.2009.44-1(PR1.0.1), this update should automatically come available in your Application Manager as an over-the-air update. If you still have the Sales Release 2.2009.42-11, you have to wait for the Maemo community to release flash images of the update.

Hit read more for a full changelog from Sales Release PR1.0 to the current PR1.1 release.
