MSFTKitchen has been doing a whole lot of digging on Microsoft’s server to have found the slide you can see above. The Chinese presentation was created on the 11th December 2009, and by then Windows Mobile 7 RTM(Release To Manufacturers) was scheduled for a Spring release.

A spring RTM date would mean a summer/fall release date for phones with Windows Mobile 7.

New evidence on Microsoft’s own phone project, the Project Pink, have appeared in the newest Zune software version. A few days ago we wrote that Microsoft had “no plans to create a Zune Phone”, but apparently the spokesperson was lying about that.

The new evidence which is buried in the Zune software is pointing to “eEndpointFamilyPmxPure” and “eEndpointFamilyPmxTurtle”. Turtle and Pure, are both names that were last time around when there were rumors about Project Pink.

The PMX in those names stands most probably for Premium Mobile eXperiences.

Who knows, Microsoft could announce their own branded phone at the press conference they will keep in February at the Mobile World Congress?

If you need more evidence on this, hit read more.
