Acer's A1 'Liquid' will be released in UK later this month

Acer’s first mobilephone, the Acer A1 a.k.a Liquid, will be released in UK later this month.

The phone will run on a customized version of Android, with Acer’s own Liquid UI on top of it. The CPU will be a Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon underclocked to 768MHz for power saving. There will also be a 3.5″ capacitive touch screen, 512MB of ROM, 256 of RAM, a 5MP camera, A-GPS, WiFi, 3G and have a 1,350 mAH battery. Pre-loaded in the phone will come a 2GB microSD card.
