As the invitation states, the event will change the way you listen to music forever. The event will most probably be a service related event, and we’re not gonna see any new phones released. But, the statement is quite bold and I’m waiting to see what will come out of it :)
Head over to the Sony Ericsson site next Monday at 11:00AM GMT +1, to see this thing will affect your listening!

Even though this device doesn’t have phone capabilities, I thought it is worth writing about :)
The new ARCHOS 5 will feature a 4.8″ screen with a resolution of 800×480, 1GHz processor and a 500GB HDD. And the best part is, the device will run on Android! Check out the video and a few more pictures, after the break.

The Nokia N86 8MP will see a nice new feature added in the next firmware update, that is face detection. This is the first time you’ll be able to get face detection on a Nokia phone. Face detection means that the camera will automatically focus on a face when it sees one. Together with this feature, will also come improved quality in the pictures. This is what the new firmwares should always do to your device ;)

Want to be among the first 72 persons to own a Nokia E72? If yes, then be sure to book your flight to Jakarta, Indonesia on September 15th. Beside the plane ticket, you’ll also need a VIP pass to the Grand Ballroom at Ritz-Carlton and an older Nokia E-series for proof.
If you can meet those requirements, congrats and enjoy your uniqueness ;)

Nokia’s first Maemo 5 device, the N900, will be released in Finland between weeks 44 and 45. Those are the weeks that the site tells, but my source tells me that the exact release date will be on October 27th. The price for the device is 599€ at the moment.
