Great news for the fans of both the iPhone and the HTC’s Sense UI!

The video shows that this theme is very nicely done. Just like with every other downloadable theme for the iPhone, your phone needs to be jailbroken. Read more for the video.

Guys at Nokiausers has put together a video tutorial on how to replace a scratched Nokia N97 lens.

Keep in mind, that if you do this little operation you will also void your warranty. Maybe it’s better to wait for an official word from Nokia on this matter. If you decide to go forward with this operation, here’s the video :)

Marketing research firm Gfk Japan has released info on Japans best selling phones in July, which is the iPhone 3GS 32GB model. This is quite impressive.

Japan is well know for their love of domestic products. As you can see from the picture, there are only 3 foreign phones: two iPhone 3GS models and the Sony Ericsson Premier3.

The iPhone 3GS was released on June 26th in Japan.

Nokia today released a minor update for the N97, mainly just bug fixes. There is still no kinetic scrolling in this one. Guess they leaved it for the rumored major update coming in september. Get it from NSU or OTA.

Enjoy!

Apparently there is a new way to upload/download content to your iPhone, without jailbreaking the device. The guys behind this are the ones that also developed the famous iBeer application.

iHypno is the first application that can be installed via this alternative method, and only via it. According to their site, you just get a link to your email from where you can sort of download the app. After clicking the link the app just appears on your home screen. On the video they also state that this is not illegal or anything of that type. Could this really be true?

The application itself doesn’t seem that good, but the way it is installed is what makes this little app special.

Direct link to the video I’m referring to here.

Thanks 9to5mac for the heads up on this!

The Nokia Blog has gotten their hands on a few pictures with the rumored Nokia N97 mini. In the pictures above, you can clearly see the Nokia N97, and then another lookalike that is smaller in size. If you for instance compare the keyboards, you can see that the one on right is missing the 4-way navigation key. The screen is also smaller in size, with the result of a narrower phone. Thickness is about the same on both phones.
