The “normal” Nokia N97 is seen on left, and the new rumored N97 mini in 1:1 proportion is on the right side. As you can see, the mini isn’t that small after all.

A russian blogger has posted a screenshot of what he claims to be Maemo 5. The alleged device it is running on is a new Nokia tablet, like an update to the N810 or N800. He also acclaims that it will be “the most impressive device in 2009″.
It’s interesting to see what this turns out to be, and how the whole Maemo thing comes along!

Here’s a picture of the upcoming Philips touchscreen phone. The phone will be released by China Mobile. It will be built upon Android-based OMS system, and be heavily customized by China Mobile. Like you can see in the picture above, the phone UI will be much like the one seen on the iPhone. Specs after the break.

mobiles.co.uk has gotten their hans on the upcoming LG BL40 touchscreen phone.
What makes this phone unique, is its very long 4″ screen with an aspect ratio of 21:9. The screen takes up most of the whole front area of the phone. The phone itself seems to be quite responsive, and the touchscreen is also working well. Video after the break, enjoy!


Apart from the keyboard, the two new Nokia business phones are almost identical. The E52 comes with a normal 12 key keyboard, and the E55 comes with a new ½-QWERTY keyboard. The new keyboard consists of 20 keys, and it will make writing on the phone more accurate. To me this seems like a fairly good compromise between size and functionality.
