Nokia N900 now official

During the past week we have seen many rumors about the new device, and today Nokia announced it. The Nokia N900 Internet Tablet will be Nokia’s first Maemo 5 device. Here are the specs for the device:

  • 3,5″ resistive screen, with a resolution of 800×480
  • sliding QWERTY keyboard
  • 32GB internal memory, extendable to 48GB via MicroSDHC
  • GPS/A-GPS
  • FM-transmitter
  • TV-out
  • Bluetooth 2.1
  • Wifi
  • 1320mAh battery
  • 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics
  • ARM Cortex-A8 running at 600MHz
